Kick Off Workshop on The Leadership Circle Foundations

We’ll bring the leadership team together in person to engage and capture their attention around the Leadership Circle Profile foundations.

We introduce the core tension between safety and purpose, the concepts of reactive vs creative structure of mind, the neurobiology of our default behaviour and how to transform it.

By starting here, we begin the programme building shared understanding and a common language of a powerful model for personal and collective transformation.

Leadership Circle Profile

Each delegate completes a Leadership Circle Profile, the 360 effectiveness tool used by 40% of Fortune 50 Companies.

Delivered offline over a period of up to 4 weeks, delegates complete an in depth questionnaire, and nominate evaluators to do the same.

With the profile and graph results, delegates build deeper self-awareness and begin to answer the question: “How are my behaviours and mindset enabling or constraining our purpose and business performance?”

1-2-1 Leadership Coaching & Development

Each delegate receives an initial 90 minute coaching session to explore their Leadership Circle Profile results, followed by a series of 1-2-1 coaching sessions over the course of the programme.

Coaching is delivered online via video call by a certified leadership coach, who specialises in Conscious Leadership Development.

Delegates begin putting transformation commitments into action and practising more conscious leadership.

Evolving our Collective Impact - Group Development Workshops

Alongside individual coaching, we bring the leadership group back together in a series of spacious, in-depth workshop experiences that tap into the wisdom of the collective leadership group.

Through interactive, facilitated exploration, we partner with the group to uncover limiting patterns and create the conditions for team transformation. With all they have learned as individuals through steps 1-3, delegates are well placed to activate their creative mind to unite and deliver on their purpose as a team.

FAQs

How long is the programme?

We partner with our clients on the ideal length for a transformation programme, and the frequency with which their leadership group can come together for in-person experiences. The structure and flow of our programme will flex depending on how much time can be carved out to focus on transformational work at each face to face. We’d recommend a full day for the introductory workshop, followed by 1-2 days for group development workshops. In total, we’d recommend investing 6 days of F2F time, spread over a year or less.

Can we just do a one-off workshop and no profiles or coaching?

In our experience, one-off workshops don’t lead to real change. Everyone rushes back to their day-to-day challenges, and the deeper self-awareness and motivation to change has not been created. We are committed to delivering the solution to your leadership challenges, and so we partner longer term with your leaders to ensure the journey of transformation embeds and sustains. We have experienced this work as transformational not only of organisations, but of people’s whole lives. It does not happen overnight.

What kind of topics do you cover on the Group Development Workshops?

Our group development workshops focus on the leadership mindset and behaviour shifts that move leaders away from relying on ego-driven reactive tendencies (protecting, complying, controlling) and towards purpose-driven creative and conscious leadership competencies (relating, self-awareness, authenticity, systems awareness and achieving). As part of our discovery process with you, we will develop a rich understanding of the areas of transformation you believe are needed for your organisation to succeed, and will supplement this with the results from the Leadership Circle Profiles (which often uncover as yet unacknowledged leadership limitations). From there, we will ensure the focus of each session flows from insight, rather than our own assumption or any pre-designed programme.
